Fat bombs are a must have in the freezer when following The Low Carb High Fat Lifestyle because it’s the easiest way to get more healthy fats in your diet and they’re also great for shutting down any cravings.
I love to come up with new varieties that are easy to make and taste delicious. I wanted to add more desiccated coconut into my diet to get the extra fibre. Desiccated coconut has 4.5g of Fibre per 25g serve and the Cocoa powder has 4.9g per 15g making these a Fibre Rich Fat Bomb
4 tbsp Coconut oil
3 tbsp Cocoa powder
4 tbsp Desiccated coconut (25g)
1 tsp Peppermint essence
1/2 tsp Stevia (Natvia Sugar)
1 Pinch of Himalayan salt
- Melt the coconut butter and combine the cocoa powder, desiccated coconut, peppermint essence, stevia and a pinch of Himalayan salt to bring out the sweetness
- Pour into silicone moulds
- Pop into the freezer until set
- When they’re ready to eat pop one out and pop it into your mouth – Delicious!
