I was feeling a little flat and didn’t have the energy levels I’m use to experiencing in The Low Carb High Fat Lifestyle so I thought it was time to give an extended fast a go.
I’ve been practicing the 16:8 fast for months and that’s now become second nature. I thought that since I’d been out every night last week and even though I’ve stayed true to the LCHF diet I’ve still probably over eaten and not got enough sleep, which has made me feel not as good as I usually do.
So I thought I’d try to make it to 24hrs because the benefits of fasting are:
- Super charge weight loss
- Increased Fat Burning
- Better energy
- Feel better
