Love Bombs

Fat bombs are a great way to give some love to your most wicked cravings

Peanut Butter Love Bombs

4 tbsp Coconut oil

3 tbsp Cocoa powder

1/2 tsp Stevia (Natvia Sugar)

1 Pinch of Himalayan salt (optional)

Crunchy Peanut butter or Crunchy Macadamia Nut Butter (see below for recipe)


  1. Melt the coconut butter and combine the cocoa powder, stevia and a pinch of Himalayan salt to bring out the sweetness
  2. Coat the bottom of your silicone mould with your chocolate mix – I use a love heart chocolate mould which I bought from Kmart
  3. Pop into the freezer for 5-10 mins until set
  4. Use 2 teaspoons to scoop a little bit of the peanut butter into each mould. I like to use the other side of the spoon to settle it into each mould
  5. Pour the rest of the chocolate mix to cover and fill the rest of the mould
  6. Pop back into the freezer for another 5-10 mins until set
  7. Pop one out and pop it into your mouth – Delicious!

I like to keep them in the mould, in the freezer and then I can pop one out and into my mouth whenever I feel like a treat… which is usually every night after dinner!  

Macadamia Nut Butter

I put 10 macadamia nuts into my NutriBullet and blitzed it stopping a couple of times to scrape down the sides with a spatula and then blitzed it again until I got the right consistency –  when it starts to release it’s oils and gets shinny

To make it crunchy I just put 5 macadamia nuts in a bag, smashed them with a rolling pin and mixed them through the butter
